We have many successful business ventures under our belt. Below is one recent example, for a project that has already completed the seed phase with development and demontrates first results for return on capital – czatsy.com

Summary of the first phase of R&D czatsy.com in the period December 2023 – June 2024.
During the first six-month phase, the czatsy.com project was looking for a basis for confirming the market model on a selected, very narrow scope of the AI ​​agent business based on a combination of MiCA and AI Act regulations. We built a process flow in terms of obtaining a profitability measurement and acceptance of the solution by B2B market customers and by banks and regulators (as well as the tax system). Ultimately, the first phase was successful:
– the turnover in this pilot was approx. EUR 4.48M, generating a profit of approx. EUR 78.85k on operating capital of approx. EUR 150k.
The pilot was carried out in cooperation with one, pioneering partner of the system.
The return on investment even during the pilot shows very good results. But for us, much more valuable from the pilot are the experiences gathered in process optimization and good practices, which will allow the project to be rolled out (we are waiting for the final provisions of MiCA and AI Act in the EU)
